Please read our Return / cancelation policy before placing your order.

 

* Restocking fees of $5 - $15 will apply on returns being made 5 hours after delivery.

Cancellation Policy :

It is possible to cancel an order at any stage of the order process (Cancellation fees will apply)

Cancellation charges : ASAP DELIVERY

      1) $0 - Cancel after first 5 mins of paying for an order

       2) $5 Charge after 8 minutes after paying for an order

3) $8 Charge once order has been dispatched.

Item Missing policy:

At snapshop all items that are sent out for delivery are scanned and tracked before being bagged.

If an item was missing your from delivery we will dispatch a replacement asap, or you have the option to request a refund for the missing item.

Item not as described:

If your item was not as described, we will replace the item asap and collect the wrong item at delivery. You can also request a refund.
